This HX-3S-F100A based 100A BMS board is also called (a battery management system ). HX-3S-F100A is a protection board for li-ion 18650 cells. There are 10 MOSFET’S, a strong heat-dissipating aluminum sheet installed on it, and the continuous current limit is 100A. It is suitable for 3 series lithium battery packs such as inverter, xenon lamp, and solar street lamp.

• Overcharge voltage range: 4.28v±0.05v; Over-discharge voltage range: 2.5±0.05v; Upper limit working current: 100A (pay attention to heat dissipation).
• Upper limit instantaneous current: 100-120A; Short circuit protection: protection, delay self-recovery.

Note:

• The successful start of the drill requires three 15C-20C power battery, six 10C-15C power battery (ordinary 18650 can not start the drill!!).
• strictly according to map wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, do not deliberately short circuit.
• When the load of the brush motor is used, try to connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above 25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) to the motor’s positive and negative terminals to prevent the reverse spike from the motor. Break the MOS tube.
• 3 groups of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries, if not the same, please fill each battery separately and then use in series. The The Discharge test, the voltage drop faster battery that group is poor battery.
