Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

Yes, you have to login to your existing account or register to a new account to place orders. We recommend to register your account to benefit from our future discount coupons, keep track of your orders, keep record of your orders and checkout fast.

How should I contact if I have queries?

Just simply go to Contact us, and send us an email. Our team will be investigating it shortly. Or you can chat with us using messenger, by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page, and have a live chat. If you are unable to find your solution there, you can call us directly or reach us on social sites and email.

How should I leave a feedback or complain?

For feedback and complaints, go to our Customer Support and write us a message. Your message will be delivered to the administration. You’ll receive a notification shortly after your application is processed. Or you can send an email to admin@electrobes.com. Moreover, you can contact the admin by sending a whatsapp message to (+92) 337 7000766 explaining your issue.

How Do I Place an Order?

To order, search for your desired product in search bar. Add the product to cart. Go to checkout from the cart. At checkout, register if you don’t have an account or login to your existing account. Check for the items and quantity. And proceed to checkout to confirm your order placement.

Do you offer any guarantee for your products?

No, electronic products doesn’t come with warranty but don’t worry, we offer easy replacement and returns in some unfavorable events that are mentioned on Returns and Replacement page.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In such unlikely events, contact our support center within three days after receiving your package along with the pictures of the product. Return or Replacement will be issued for the product after investigation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, the order can be changed or cancelled after being placed but before the order is being dispatched. The changes made after delivery will cost you courier charges.

How long will delivery take?

Normally, the time for delivery is within 1-3 days through courier services within Pakistan. In twin cities, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, the delivery time is 24 hrs. For urgent deliveries, the user must inform the shipping department or mention in comment section at checkout page. Refer to our customer care for more information about urgent delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an electronic invoice will be sent to your email as soon as you place the order and a printed invoice will be attached with your parcel.

What is wishlist?

Wishlist is a folder that keeps the record of the products you like to buy later. While random search if found a product that you would like to buy later, just add it to your wishlist by clicking the Heart icon. Your product will be added into your wishlist. You can manage your wishlist at all times and add your favourite products to cart to checkout.

What is compare list?

A compare list is to compare the specifications, prices, availability and stock of different products. Add two or more products to the compare list; compare and find your best match.

Why do I need to submit NOC for GSM devices?

As per Pakistan Government policy, a GSM device must not be sold to unauthorized person until and unless the purpose of use isn’t explained to avoid misuse. The NOC must be provided to the seller and must be signed by the organization’s authorized person.
