Return And Exchange Policy

No return, refund or exchange will be granted in any case to the customer who hasn’t followed our policy.

The return, refund or exchange are only dealt by email at support@electrobes.com. No refunds / exchanges are dealt by calls, whatsapp or our outlet. Our support team has trained professionals with better knowledge about the products, who will handle your request with utmost attention. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Note:

  • Make an unboxing video of the package to claim any breakage or missing item(s).
  • No Claim will be accepted without video proof.
  • Each component has an “OPEN HERE” tag. To claim for any damaged product, you are requested to make a video of opening the package from the specific point.
  • No Claim will be accepted if the package has opened from any other side.
  • The product(s) that has the “TESTED” tag has been tested and verified working by our professional team and no return or refund will be granted for these items.

When am I eligible for a refund?

  • Online Buyer can return/exchange item(s) within 5 days from the day of the receipt.
  • If the received product(s) is not according to description on website.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as once it was received.
  • If the product(s) is sealed and not opened or damaged packaging.
  • The “OPEN HERE” tag is intact and not damaged/broken.
  • If a product is missing from the package you received and listed in the invoice and you have the unboxing video showing clearly all the items received.
  • For any of the above claim, buyers are requested to email video proof along with order number to support@electrobes.com.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund is only possible for product(s) that are sealed with “OPEN HERE” tag. Other products such as, batteries, cells, ICs, Transistors, 3d printers, 3d printer materials and parts etc., are not eligible for refund. You are requested to get them verified before leaving the store. For online orders, we ensure the working before dispatching the order and paste “TESTED” tag after verification.
  • Product(s) with “TESTED” tag is not eligible for refund.
  • Product(s) without any tag is not eligible for refund.
  • The buyer is required to pay for the shipping cost to return the package.
  • No refund/exchange will be provided at store without prior verification from our technical team on email.
  • The refund will be provided online via bank transfer/ easypaisa/ jazzcash, after assessment by our technical team.
  • If your product is not eligible for a refund/ exchange, the company will not accept it at the franchise.
  • To request for a refund, email your order number along with the video proof on support@electrobes.com.
  • The assessment time is 1-7 working days.
  • The refund will be processed within 24 hours after assessment.

 

When can I return the product(s)?

  • The return is valid for 5 days from the day of the receipt.
  • If the received product(s) is not according to description on website.
  • The product you bought isn’t required and you haven’t opened it yet.
  • If the product is not working on first application. You must have a video of opening the package from the point where the “OPEN HERE” tag is pasted. Turn ON the device and check the working.
  • For any of the above claim, buyers are requested to contact our team at support@electrobes.com. Please provide your order number along with the video.
  • Product(s) with “TESTED” tag is not eligible for return.
  • The buyer is required to afford the shipping cost for returning the package.
  • No return will be granted for product(s) purchased at outlet. Please make sure you are purchasing the right product before leaving our outlet.
  • The return will be dealt online by our technical team at support@electrobes.com. No return will be granted directly at outlet.

 

If item(s) is found missing or broken?

We pack all the items securely to avoid breakage especially fragile items, but in such unfavorable events, you don’t have to worry. Follow our step by step guide to avoid inconvenience.

  • You are requested to make an un-boxing video of the package to claim for missing or broken items during shipping.
  • Send the video to our technical support team at support@electrobes.com along with your order number. Our team will assist you in a better way.
  • No refund will be issued for the product that has been damaged during application.
  • There is no warranty for any product until it’s mentioned in the product description.
  • Customers shopping at store are requested to check your item(s) before leaving the store. Company will not be held liable if the product(s) are found missing or damaged afterwards.
  • In case of missing item, the company will provide a full refund. However, in case of damage or breakage during delivery, partial refund will be granted after assessment by our technical team.
  • No claim will be accepted without a video proof.

 

Can I exchange item(s) after purchasing?

Yes, you can exchange product(s) if the following conditions are met:

  • It’s not past 5 days since you have purchased the item(s).
  • The product(s) is in the same condition as once it was received.
  • If the product(s) is sealed and not opened or damaged packaging and “OPEN HERE” tag is intact.
  • Product(s) with “TESTED” tag is not eligible for exchange.
  • For online buyers, contact support@electrobes.com and explain your reason for exchange along with pictures of the product. Our friendly team members will assist you.
  • Please don’t send the product(s) without prior confirmation from our team. The company will not be held liable if your returned package has been misplaced or didn’t arrived.
  • The company will not receive any package sent by a customer without informing our technical team.

 

Company has complete authority to make changes to the above policies at anytime.
