41F Linear Hall Effect Sensor for E-bike Throttle Grip, Speed Sensor, Accelerator Sensor
Description
The 41F contains a Hall-effect voltage generator, voltage regulator, dynamic offset cancellation, temperature compensation circuitry, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector sinking output stage.
- How it works: Because it is a latching sensor, it turns ON (low output voltage) when exposed to a strong South magnetic pole. The output remains latched low even if the South pole is removed. It only turns OFF (high output voltage) when exposed to an opposing North magnetic pole.Specification
- Operating Voltage (VDD)
4.5V/to 24V DC (varies up to 30V on some models) - Supply Current (IDD)
5 mA to 10 mA max - Output Type
Open-Collector (NPN sinking) - Maximum Output Current (I OUT)
20 mA to 25 mA (continuous), 50 mA peak - Operating Magnetic Point (BOP)
+40 to +150 Gauss (South pole activates) - Release Magnetic Point (BRP)
-150 to -40 Gauss (North pole releases) - Hysteresis
sim 40 to 90 Gauss - Switching Frequency
0 Hz to >100 kHz - Operating Temperature
-40*C to +150*C - Package Types
TO-92S (3-pin SIP) or SOT-23 (3-pin SMD)
