- WiFi + Bluetooth 5 (LE): ESP32-S3 integrates 2.4 GHz WiFi (802.11 b/g/n) and supports a bandwidth of 40 MHz; its Bluetooth Low Energy subsystem supports Bluetooth 5 (LE) and Bluetooth Mesh.
- Extensive IO interfaces: ESP32-S3 has 45 programmable GPIOs and common peripheral interfaces such as SPI, I2S, I2C, PWM, RMT, ADC, UART, SD/MMC host controller and TWAITM controller.
- Powerful performance: Xtensa 32-bit LX7 dual-core processor with up to 240 MHz. Built-in 512KB SRAM, 384KB ROM storage space and supports multiple external SPI, Dual SPI, Quad SPI, Octal SPI, QPI, OPI flash and off-chip RAM.
- ESP32 S3 MCU WIFI also supports infrastructure network station mode (Infrastructure BSS), SoftAP mode and Station + SoftAP hybrid mode
